If you raise, the dealer reveals their six cards and makes the best four-card hand. The dealer must qualify with a pair of 2s or better. If the dealer does not qualify, your Ante bet pushes and your raise bet pays at 1:1. If the dealer qualifies and you win, your Ante pays 1:1 and your raise bet pays 1:1. If the dealer qualifies and wins, you lose both.
