Steak then cards, a Wenatchee Friday

Came in for the ribeye, stayed for two hours of Spanish 21. The poker game was running 1/2 No Limit when I left around 11. Not a big room, but the kitchen is the actual draw and the dealers are friendly. East Wenatchee doesn't have many options like this.

About Buzz Inn Casino and Steakhouse

Buzz Inn Casino and Steakhouse sits at 280 Grant Road in East Wenatchee, Washington, just across the Columbia River from Wenatchee proper. The property opened in 2002 as part of the wider Buzz Inn Steakhouse brand and operates a small dedicated card-room area alongside the dining room. The casino is licensed by the Washington State Gambling Commission and runs to the standard 18-plus minimum age for the state’s card rooms category.

Central Washington has a thin card-room footprint compared to the Puget Sound corridor, which makes Buzz Inn one of the few options for live blackjack and Spanish 21 between Yakima and Spokane. Visitors comparing nearby venues can start from the East Wenatchee casinos and Washington casinos directories. The room data here is lower-confidence than the property’s larger Puget Sound peers, so callouts below lean editorial.

Games on the Floor

The spread at Buzz Inn is short and dinner-friendly: Blackjack, Spanish 21, Four Card Poker, and Pai Gow Poker across 4 table games, with 2 poker tables that spread No Limit Hold’em and Omaha when seats fill. The compact footprint is the point: the room is sized to keep dealers steady, the kitchen turning, and the wait list short.

Editor take

A steakhouse first, a card room second

Buzz Inn Casino is the rare Washington venue where the kitchen is louder than the felt, and that is exactly what regulars want. Players looking for a full slot floor or a tournament-grade poker room should make the longer drive to a Wenatchee-area tribal casino instead. Players looking for a steak, a Spanish 21 seat, and a quiet two-hour session will find Buzz Inn does it cleanly.

Amenities

The room is built around the restaurant and a parking lot. Self-parking is free. There is no hotel, no spa, and no entertainment programming. ADA-accessible amenities are noted on the property profile, and the kitchen sticks to a steakhouse menu rather than a buffet line.
