About Joker’s Casino
Joker’s Casino sits at 624 Wellsian Way in Richland, Washington, a long-running Tri-Cities card room that opened in 1998. The property runs as a non-tribal house-banked card room under Washington State Gambling Commission licensing, with a minimum gambling age of 18. It is a focused operation: a 6-table pit, a 3-table poker room, an on-site restaurant, and free self-parking. There is no hotel block, no slot floor, and no large entertainment program. The room serves as the established commercial card room for the Tri-Cities gaming audience, with travelers from Pasco, Kennewick, and the broader Columbia Basin filling out the regular crowd.
For broader regional context, eastern Washington casinos include several tribal alternatives that offer slots and dice or wheel games. Joker’s plays a different role: a steady, walk-in-friendly card room for an evening session rather than a destination property. The room’s data footprint is lighter than the larger Maverick-operated Puget Sound venues, so visit details should be confirmed before travel.

Games on the Floor
The 6-table pit at Joker’s Casino keeps the lineup tight and carnival-leaning. The published spread covers Blackjack Match the Dealer (a blackjack variant with a paired-card side bet), Emperor’s Challenge Pai Gow Poker, Four Card Poker, Spanish 21, Texas Shootout, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. The Match the Dealer side bet is a distinguishing feature not every Washington card room carries, and Texas Shootout adds a heads-up faster-paced option for players who want a different rhythm from Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

- Blackjack Match the Dealer
- Emperor's Challenge Pai Gow Poker

- Spanish 21

- Omaha Hi-LoPoker variant
Poker Room
The 3-table poker room is one of the small but distinct draws at Joker’s. It spreads No Limit Hold’em and, less commonly for a Washington card room at this scale, Omaha Hi-Lo. Omaha Hi-Lo demand fluctuates, so the game is more likely to run on busier weekend evenings and tournament weekends. For the Tri-Cities audience, the room is the only dealt Omaha Hi-Lo spread in the immediate area and provides a real alternative to the broader Puget Sound poker scene. See our poker rooms guide for room-flow basics.
A long-running Tri-Cities card room with one rare format
Joker's Casino has been part of the Richland gaming scene since 1998, and its small footprint hides one rare-for-Washington feature: dealt Omaha Hi-Lo poker. The 6-table pit leans on carnival variants and the room is more interesting on a busy weekend than on a quiet weeknight. Confirm spread availability before traveling, especially on Omaha, since data confidence on this property is lower than at the larger Maverick or tribal venues.
Amenities and Practicalities
The amenity set at Joker’s is intentionally short: an on-site restaurant and free self-parking. There is no attached hotel, no spa, no entertainment venue. The room operates as a single-purpose card room with a kitchen, and the Washington State Gambling Commission regulates the property as a house-banked card room. Sportsbook activity is legal at the state level via tribal retail elsewhere in Washington but is not offered on this property.

Decent local poker, confirm Omaha runs
Been coming here off and on since the late 2000s. The No Limit 1/2 game runs steady on Friday and Saturday. Called ahead for Omaha Hi-Lo and it was fielded that night, but it does not always fill, so check first. Pai Gow progressive and Texas Shootout in the pit are fun. Restaurant is basic. Small room, low frills, but it is the closest dealt poker to my house and the regulars are friendly. Three stars for size, would be four if the Omaha game ran more reliably.
