About New Phoenix Casino
New Phoenix Casino is a commercial card room at 105 W 4th St in downtown La Center, Washington, opened in 1998. The property operates under the Washington State Gambling Commission and runs a 22-table game floor alongside a 7-table poker room. La Center has a long history as a card-room cluster in Clark County, just north of Vancouver and the Columbia River, and New Phoenix is one of the venues that anchors that local economy. The minimum gambling age is 18.
The floor leans into table-game variety in a way that is unusual for a card-room property. With 22 dealt tables and 11 listed game variants, the spread is closer to a small commercial casino than to the lighter card rooms further north along the Washington card-room map.

Loyalty and Promotions
New Phoenix runs what the on-site loyalty signage labels the players club, with point-accrual on table play. Data confidence on the program name is low; the keyword scrape produced “Hours About Players Club” as a likely heading rather than a confirmed brand. Treat the program as standard table-play points and verify benefits at the desk on your first visit.

Specific earn rates, tier requirements, and benefits change frequently — confirm with the property's player services desk before your visit.
Recurring promotions
Promotions rotate. La Center card rooms tend to push table-game drawings and high-hand jackpots in the poker pit; verify current cadences on the casino's promotions page.

| High Hand Jackpot | Poker pit | Hourly during peak |

Best No Limit Hold'em access in Clark County card rooms
New Phoenix is one of the few Washington card rooms running a real No Limit Hold'em spread alongside Limit and Spread Limit. For Vancouver and Portland-suburb poker players who don't want to drive to Ilani or down to Spirit Mountain in Oregon, this room is a useful local fixture. The 11-deep carnival pit is the other reason to make the drive.
Amenities and Visit Practicalities
The amenity list is short: an on-site restaurant and self-parking. There is no bar listed in the property’s amenities, no hotel, no spa, and no off-track betting. Visitors looking for a fuller resort experience tend to combine the visit with the larger ilani Casino Resort about 20 minutes north on I-5.

Real NLHE without driving up to ilani
Probably the most reliable No Limit Hold'em room in La Center. 7 tables, 1/2 and 2/5 NLHE running on Friday and Saturday with a couple of limit tables in the mix. House-banked pit is bigger than it looks; Spanish 21 and Players Edge 21 both run consistently. Old building, simple amenities, no bar but the kitchen is fine. I'd pick this over the drive to ilani when I just want a session.
