The stronger Maverick room in the Puget Sound network

Silver Dollar Casino Renton is the Maverick Gaming Washington property to pick when you want both Blackjack on the pit and a real poker mix in the same room. The 11-table pit and 4-table poker room running both Limit and No Limit Hold'em make this the network's better all-rounder versus the airport-corridor SeaTac sister.

About Silver Dollar Casino Renton

Silver Dollar Casino Renton sits at 3100 East Valley Road in Renton, Washington, a Maverick Gaming-operated commercial card room that opened in 2010. The property is regulated as a house-banked card room by the Washington State Gambling Commission, with a minimum gambling age of 18. The room draws a steady commuter and after-work crowd from the eastside, south Seattle, and the WA-167 corridor, and tends to run heavier on poker traffic than the sister Silver Dollar Casino SeaTac.

The Maverick template is consistent across its Washington rooms: focused table pit, an active poker room, a published promotions calendar, on-site dining, and free self-parking. There is no slot floor, no hotel, and no on-site sportsbook. For broader regional context, the Renton area directory and the Washington card rooms hub frame the rest of the field.

Games on the Floor

The 11-table pit at Renton spreads a wider lineup than the SeaTac sister property. The published list covers Blackjack, Emperor’s Challenge Pai Gow Poker, Four Card Poker, Lucky Ladies (blackjack side bet), Mini-Baccarat, Pull tabs, Spanish 21, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. The presence of Blackjack on the pit is the main pit-side differentiator from SeaTac. Emperor’s Challenge Pai Gow remains the signature progressive side bet, and Mini-Baccarat draws a steady evening crowd.

Games Available

For carnival regulars coming from outside the Maverick Gaming Washington network, the room reads similar in style to Red Dragon Casino but with the added pit-side blackjack option. For Blackjack basics, see our blackjack guide.

Poker Room

The 4-table poker room is the strongest single argument for choosing Renton over the SeaTac sister. The room spreads Limit Hold’em during quieter daytime hours and No Limit Hold’em on evenings and weekends, which gives players a structure choice the SeaTac room (running Spread Limit Hold’em only) does not match. Tournament events rotate per the promotions calendar.

Promotions

The property maintains a published promotions page tied to the Maverick Gaming Washington network. Free play, points-based rewards, poker tournaments, and themed game nights rotate through the calendar.

My weeknight No Limit room

The 1/2 No Limit table runs most weeknights and the 2/5 fires on Friday and Saturday. Compared to the airport room, you have actual Blackjack here, which is the main reason I come to Renton instead. Emperor's Challenge Pai Gow progressive bet hits often enough to keep it interesting. Restaurant works for a session meal. Parking is easy. No hotel attached but I live close enough that it doesn't matter.
