A north-Seattle Maverick card room with a steady poker spread

Crazy Moose Mountlake Terrace is one of Maverick Gaming's Washington card rooms, sitting on the north end of Lake Washington at 22003 66th Avenue West. It opened in 2009 and runs an 11-table pit and a 4-table poker room spreading No Limit Hold'em, Limit Hold'em, and Omaha 8 or Better. The 18+ rule and convenient location off I-5 make it a regular stop for Snohomish County players who do not want the drive to a Puget Sound tribal flagship.

About Crazy Moose Casino Mountlake Terrace

Crazy Moose Casino Mountlake Terrace is a Washington card room operated by Maverick Gaming. The property sits at 22003 66th Avenue West in Mountlake Terrace, a short hop off I-5 about 15 miles north of downtown Seattle. It opened in 2009 and runs under Washington’s house-banked card room framework regulated by the Washington State Gambling Commission. The room is open to players 18 and over, which differentiates it from the 21+ tribal floors at Tulalip and Angel of the Winds further up I-5.

Maverick Gaming operates several Washington card rooms (the Pasco location is a sister property), and the company runs a centralized contact line for player questions. The Mountlake Terrace site is built for table-and-poker players rather than slot enthusiasts: Washington card rooms cannot offer Class III slot machines, so the entire floor is dedicated to dealt games and pull tabs.

Quick and clean north Seattle option

I live ten minutes away. The 1/3 No Limit spread runs most weeknights and the dealers are sharp. Spread limit hold'em is the dominant game on weekend afternoons. Restaurant is fine, parking is easy, and at 18+ you can bring younger players. Not the place for a big poker night, but the closest real room for me.
