About Red Dragon Casino
Red Dragon Casino opened in 2011 at 21917 Washington 99 in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, set just off the highway 99 corridor in southern Snohomish County. The property is owned and operated by Maverick Gaming, the same operator behind the Silver Dollar-branded card rooms across the Puget Sound region. It runs as a non-tribal commercial card room regulated by the Washington State Gambling Commission, with a minimum gambling age of 18. The room does not have a hotel attached, and the operating model focuses on the table pit, a restaurant, and a published promotions calendar.
Mountlake Terrace itself sits along the I-5 corridor between Seattle and Lynnwood, which makes Red Dragon a convenient stop for commuters and a regular destination for north-end Seattle players who do not want to drive to the larger tribal resorts like Tulalip Resort Casino or Angel of the Winds. Compared with the Maverick-operated sister rooms in Renton and SeaTac, Red Dragon plays a similar carnival-game-forward role.

Games on the Floor
The 10-table pit covers the carnival-game lineup Washington card rooms are known for: Blackjack as the anchor, Emperor’s Challenge Pai Gow Poker, Four Card Poker, High Card Flush, Lucky Ladies (blackjack side bet), Mini-Baccarat, Spanish 21, and Texas Shootout. The mix is deeper on carnival variants than most Washington card rooms of this size, and Texas Shootout is a less common title that gives the room a distinguishing draw. There is no slot floor, no roulette, and no craps table here — those games are reserved for tribal compact venues elsewhere in the state.
Games Available
- Blackjack
- Emperor's Challenge Pai Gow Poker
- Four Card Poker
- High Card Flush
- Lucky Ladies
- Mini-Baccarat
- Spanish 21
- Texas Shootout
For carnival regulars, Emperor’s Challenge Pai Gow is the room’s headline progressive side-bet, and the Mini-Baccarat table is the closest thing to a Vegas-style baccarat experience in Snohomish County. Players coming from the card rooms directory will recognize the layout: a tight pit, attentive supervisors, and a kitchen running in parallel.
Promotions
Red Dragon Casino maintains a published promotions page, which is uncommon for Washington card rooms at this size and is one of the operating signatures of the Maverick Gaming group. Specifics rotate through the calendar with free play, points, and tournament-style events the typical structure. Verify current promotions on the property’s website before visiting.

Amenities and Visit Practicalities
The amenity set is short and on-purpose: restaurant, self-parking, table pit. The property does not have an attached hotel, and lodging is typically picked up nearby in Lynnwood or northeast Seattle. The Washington State Gambling Commission regulates the property as a house-banked card room, with sportsbook activity legal at the state level via tribal retail but not offered on this property.

My weeknight room
Stop in on the way home from work a couple nights a month. The Pai Gow progressive at Emperor's Challenge is the draw, and Texas Shootout is fun when there are open seats. Mini-Baccarat almost never runs full so you can find a spot. Promotions are decent, the points add up if you play regularly. Restaurant is workable. No hotel and no slots but that is not why I come here.
