About the Irene Moore Activity Center
The Irene Moore Activity Center is an Oneida Nation gaming and community venue at 2100 Airport Drive on the west side of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The room offers a mix of bingo, electronic gaming machines, video keno, video poker, and off-track betting (OTB) on horse racing. The casino class is small but functional and serves both Oneida community members and Green Bay-area visitors looking for a quieter alternative to the larger flagship gaming halls in the metro.
Operations sit under the Oneida Nation’s tribal-state compact with Wisconsin, with regulatory oversight by the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Gaming. The minimum gambling age is 21. Sportsbook activity is legal at the tribal level in Wisconsin but not currently spread at the Activity Center.

Games and Wagering
The gaming floor is built around roughly 400 gaming machines with a heavy concentration of slots, video poker, and video keno. Bingo, historically the property’s anchor, still runs sessions on a rotating schedule. The off-track betting window allows pari-mutuel wagering on simulcast horseracing from major North American tracks, which gives the room a second wagering channel on weekday afternoons when bingo is dark.
Games Available
There are no live table games (no blackjack, craps, or roulette) and no live poker. Visitors looking for a dealt pit should plan a trip to the Oneida Bingo & Casino main floor or the larger venues at Potawatomi in Milwaukee.
Amenities and Visiting
Amenities are practical rather than resort-grade: an on-site restaurant, retail shops, self-parking, and dedicated RV parking that travelers on US-41 and I-43 routinely use as an overnight stopping point. There is no on-site hotel; lodging for visitors typically falls back to the broader Green Bay hotel inventory near the airport. The venue is on Facebook for the most reliable schedule updates given the limited official web presence.

A neighborhood gaming room, not a tourist stop
The Irene Moore Activity Center earns its place in the Oneida portfolio by being the quiet alternative to the flagship Oneida casino floor. Bingo regulars, video poker and keno players, and pari-mutuel bettors get the most out of the room. Tourists hunting for the full Wisconsin tribal experience should slot in a stop here only if they are already passing through the airport corridor.
Location and Regulation
The Activity Center is on Airport Drive on Green Bay’s west side, minutes from Austin Straubel International Airport at GPS coordinates 44.496, -88.132. The Oneida reservation footprint extends across western Brown County and into Outagamie County, placing the venue in the broader Oneida community footprint rather than the downtown Green Bay tourist corridor.
The Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Gaming oversees compliance with the Oneida tribal compact. Sportsbook activity is treated as legal under tribal gaming authority in Wisconsin but is not currently offered at this venue. For full sportsbook coverage in the Oneida portfolio, visit the main Oneida property.

5- No live table games (blackjack, craps, roulette unavailable)

Quiet, friendly, the right size for a weeknight
Drove in from Appleton for an early bingo session and stayed for video keno after. Place is small and the staff knows the regulars by name. Slot floor was about half full on a Wednesday and the machines were the usual mix of penny and nickel reels. No tables, which is the only thing I would change. Restaurant was open for a quick sandwich. Easy in, easy out, free parking, good for a low-key gambling night.
