When the Adams brothers, Howard & Hop, opened the Carson Nugget in 1957 Nevada was not yet a century old and the entire state population hadn’t yet reached 200,000. A lot of things have changed since then and the Nugget has changed tremendously as well. Besides adding the eighty room City Center Hotel within walking distance, free valet parking, and a Keno Lounge, they’ve added four restaurants each suited to varied tastes. Great value and the best player’s club rewards. Not Carson City’s only, but one of the finer casinos. A fine selection of menus at the four diverse restaurants, including the award winning Steakhouse. The Cork and Bottle Bar is nestled in the heart of the casino and offers a quiet atmosphere to relax with your friends.
