No-Bust 21st Century Blackjack is a California-compliant blackjack variant: the dealer does not bust on 22, instead pushing the hand, which rebalances the edge under the player-banked model where a third-party proposition player covers settlement. Panda 8 Baccarat adds a side bet paying when the banker wins with a three-card total of 8.

Pan and Pai Gow Poker serve the novelty pit. Ultimate Texas Hold’em and 3 Card Poker round out the dealer-action side of the floor. Like all California card rooms, the house cannot bank its own action — every table game runs on the player-banked model.

Pan and Pineapple are the rare formats. Pan (Panguingue) is a rummy-style card game played with up to eight standard decks — it has deep roots in Filipino-American California card rooms and is rarely found outside the state. Pineapple Poker is a Hold’em derivative: each player receives three hole cards and must discard one after the flop, producing looser, more aggressive action than standard Texas Hold’em.

Five tables is a small room — tournament or Pan nights may displace cash Hold’em action. NL Texas Hold’em is the volume cash-game leader. Call ahead for the rotating game schedule before a dedicated poker trip.
