Oxford is in Oxford County in western Maine, approximately 45 miles northwest of Portland via I-95 and US-202 and approximately 55 miles southeast of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Oxford Casino is one of only two licensed commercial casinos in Maine — the other is Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway Bangor.
